As part of the culmination of the celebration of Nutrition Month and Buntis Wellness Month 2026, Carmen Copper Corporation (CCC) reaffirmed its commitment to community health through the distribution of hygiene kits and food, reaching approximately 54 pregnant women and 320 daycare pupils in its chosen beneficiaries.

The distribution was successfully conducted in the following barangays:

Carmen Copper Corporation (CCC) proudly joins the nation in celebrating Buwan ng Wika this August, pursuant to Proklamasyon Blg. 1041 dated July 15, 1997.

As we honor our national language, we also celebrate the richness and diversity of Filipino culture. Despite our differences in dialects, traditions, and backgrounds, our shared identity as Filipinos binds us together, woven by a common heritage, pride, and love for our nation.

As part of our continuing commitment to instill Filipino pride and patriotism within the organization, CCC begins each week with a Flag Raising Ceremony every Monday. The ceremony opens with the singing of the Philippine National Anthem, followed by the Panunumpa ng Katapatan sa Watawat ng Pilipinas, reaffirming our shared identity, love of country, and commitment to the values that unite us as Filipinos.

Ending July on a high note, CCC distributed a total of 3,022 gift packs as a simple yet heartfelt gesture of appreciation for its hardworking employees whose dedication, commitment, and teamwork continue to drive its productive and safe operations.

Each gift pack contains a bundle of grocery essentials distributed to employees who were employed as of 1 May 2026.

𝙏𝙖𝙗𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙖𝙮 𝙩𝙖, 𝙢𝙜𝙖 𝙠𝙖-𝘾𝘾𝘾! 💙

On 27 July 2026, the Barangay Council of Don Andres Soriano (DAS), Toledo City, under the leadership of Barangay Chairman Hon. Francis Marvin S. Prahinog, formally recognized Carmen Copper Corporation (CCC) for its exemplary and immediate response in assisting with the safe transport and removal of a 40-foot wing van that obstructed the national road on 21 July 2026.

The incident caused a major obstruction, affecting residents and commuters traversing the areas of Don Andres Soriano, Bunga, and those traveling to and from Naga City and Toledo City. Through the prompt response of CCC, the road was safely cleared, helping restore the normal flow of traffic and ensuring public safety.

The Barangay Council specifically cited the invaluable efforts of CCC's dedicated teams:
-Emergency Response Team
-Safety and Security Department
-Engineering Design and Planning Department
-Light Vehicles Department
-Mine Maintenance Department

Our commitment to safety extends beyond our mining operations. We are equally committed to safeguarding the communities around us by investing in the right equipment and continuously equipping our people with the necessary skills and training.

Our success through the years has been built on strong partnerships and meaningful collaboration.

On 27 July 2026, representatives from Banco de Oro (BDO) Insurance Group visited the facilities of Carmen Copper Corporation (CCC) to gain a deeper understanding of our operations. The delegation also conducted an ocular visit to Sangi Port, where they were warmly received and assisted by our Safety Team, and Sangi Port Operations Team, under the leadership of Mr. Ronald Adolfo. During the visit, they gained deeper insights into our best practices in port operations, particularly in the safe and efficient shipment of our copper concentrates and other by-products.

On July 7, 2026, Carmen Copper Corporation (CCC) supported the Ceremonial Turn-over of the 2026 Brigada Eskwela Financial Assistance held at the CCC Staff Clubhouse.

With education as one of CCC's core pillars, CCC gathered the school heads of the beneficiaries to receive financial assistance in support of their Brigada Eskwela initiatives. The assistance aims to help develop their respective schools and further enhance the learning environment for their learners.

For this year, Old Bucao Elementary School served as the host school for the 2026 Brigada Eskwela Kick-off.

During the turn-over ceremony, a total of ₱335,000.00 in financial assistance was distributed among the initial recipients, comprising a total of 20 schools from Toledo City, fifteen (15) elementary schools and five (5) secondary schools, to support their school preparation efforts for the opening of classes.

Carmen Copper Corporation (CCC) was honored to successfully host the Tañon Strait Protected Seascape – Protected Area Management Board (TSPS-PAMB) Site Management Unit (SMU) Special Meeting on 9 July 2026 at the Carmen Copper Heritage Center.

Led by TSPS-PAMB Midwest SMU Chairperson Hon. Pablo John D. Garcia, together with PAMB members Cebu Governor Pamela S. Baricuatro, 3rd District Representative Hon. Karen F. Garcia, and representatives from seven (7) barangays, the meeting focused on strengthening efforts to protect the Tañon Strait while promoting sustainable opportunities for surrounding communities.

The meeting opened with welcome remarks from Atty. Axel G. Tumulak, CCC AVP for Legal Affairs and Corporate Governance, while Atty. Joanna Rhea Alforque, CCC Head of Land and Mining Tenements, presented CCC's initiatives for the sustainable management of Sangi Port, a portion of which falls within the jurisdiction of the Tañon Strait.

The event was also attended by representatives from the Department of Environment and Natural Resources Region VII (DENR-7), the Old Bucao Elementary School Folklore Group, and CCC Scholars.

By hosting this gathering, CCC reaffirms its commitment to environmental stewardship and its continued support for both its host and neighboring communities.
