Last Saturday at Connect: The Gathering, we had the privilege of sitting down with our guests and listening to their stories — stories of discipline, resilience, humility, and purpose. What we found wasn’t just inspiration, but perspective.

Sometimes, the greatest lessons don’t come from a stage — they come from people who show up, every single day.

This is a day in the life of a trash man — and a reminder that dignity, character, and impact are found in faithful work, no matter the title.
