๐๐ญ๐ญ๐ฒ. ๐๐๐ฆ๐ฌ๐จ๐๐ข๐ง ๐๐๐๐ข๐ญ ๐๐ฆ๐๐ซ is a lawyer, public servant, educator, and youth advocate whose journey is anchored on the values of integrity, excellence, and service.
He is the Founder and Managing Lawyer of ๐๐ญ๐ญ๐ฒ. ๐๐๐ฆ๐ฌ๐จ๐๐ข๐ง ๐. ๐๐ฆ๐๐ซ ๐๐๐ฐ ๐๐๐๐ข๐๐, established in 2024, where he provides legal services with professionalism, diligence, and a commitment to protecting the rights and interests of every client.
Beyond private practice, Atty. Omar serves as Municipal Government Department Head I, Internal Audit Department, of the Municipal Government of Nunungan, Lanao del Norte, where he contributes to strengthening accountability, good governance, and institutional integrity. He previously served the Municipal Government of Magsaysay, Lanao del Norte, where, beginning in 2022, he held the position of Municipal Government Department Head I of the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office. During his tenure, he was also designated as Municipal Tourism Officer and, from 2023 until June 2025, as Acting Municipal Administrator.
He is likewise a Lecturer at the Mindanao State University College of Law - Marawi City and MSU College of Law at MSU-IIT, and serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines - Lanao del Norte Chapter.
Atty. Omar earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Magna Cum Laude, from Misamis University and his Juris Doctor, Cum Laude and Class Valedictorian, from Mindanao State University - Main Campus. He passed the 2023 Philippine Bar Examinations and was admitted to the Philippine Bar at the age of 25.
His professional journey is complemented by years of leadership in academe and student organizations, including his service as Editor-in-Chief of the MSU Law Gazette, Vice President of the MSU Law Student Government, and co-founder of The Gavel Moot and Debate Circle.
