: Cloudy skies with rainfall is expected over Cagayan Valley and parts of Northern Luzon due to the Northeast Monsoon on Monday, October 23, according to PAGASA.

A cooler weather is expected over the region with a max of 30.7°C in the key city of Tuguegarao and a chilly minimum of 24.8 °C tonight.

Surf at coastal areas of Northern Luzon will be slight to moderate with up to 2.1 meters due to the Amihan blowing Northeast to East with cold air.

A shorter day is also expected with the sunset expected by 5:32 PM today as the state weather bureau announced the onset of the Amihan season.

| Cloudy skies with scattered rainfall is expected over Cagayan Valley, Kalinga, Apayao and nearby provinces due to the NorthEast Monsoon, Pagasa has confirmed on Monday morning, March 13.

The state weather bureau added that the NorthEast Monsoon has once again been fuelled by the Low Pressure Area (LPA) in the southern parts of the country.

The said LPA was last seen 630 kilometers East Southeast of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur early on Monday.
