VACANT POSITIONS:

1. SERVER / CASHIER
• Handle cashiering and payment transactions accurately
• Take and serve customer orders
• Assist customers and maintain good service
• Keep the cashiering and serving area clean and organized

2. MAINTENANCE STAFF
• Perform general repair and maintenance work
• Conduct regular inspection of facilities and equipment
• Handle basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repairs
• Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of facilities

3. SOUS CHEF
• Assist the Head Chef in kitchen operations
• Prepare and cook food according to standards
• Supervise kitchen staff when needed
• Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and proper kitchen procedures

4. ON-CALL LABOR
• Assist with construction, farm work, and general labor tasks
• Perform various physical and support duties as assigned
• Must be hardworking, flexible, and willing to work on-call

5. PART-TIME PURCHASER- Preferably Female
• Purchase and source company supplies and materials
• Coordinate with suppliers and compare prices
• Check quantity and quality of purchased items
• Maintain records of purchases and receipts
