The following are the guaranty to our faithful compliance to the service we are proposing:
1. We will assigned to your firm security guard/s that are properly trained, licensed, honest, disciplined and dependable prior to their assignment.
2. We will assure you that we will implement house rules, regulations and policies that will be implemented by your firm.
3. Provided that incident is reported to us in writing at least 8 hours after the incident. In case the result of the investigation is proven to be a negligence or omission of the guard/s on duty, the agency representative and your authorized representative shall agree on the manner of payment to be done by the agency.
4. The agency shall impose tight supervision to the guard/s assigned to you insofar as duties and responsibilities are concerned through series of ocular inspection to be done by the undersigned of his authorized representatives.
5. The agency shall replace guard/s found with unfit performance and behavior that are detrimental to the service both to the agency and your firm.
6. The agency shall pay the salary of the guard/s on time and religiously pay their SSS and Philhealth Contributions.
7. Should our guard/s will go on official leave, we assure you immediate reliever.
8. Our service rate is very affordable.
9. For your guaranty that our agency is legally operating, attached are the photocopy of the following documents;
a. PNP License to Operate
b. DTI registration
c. Mayor’s Permit
d. BIR Registration
e. SSS registration
f. Philhealth registration
g. PAG-IBIG
