Negosyo Center Pangasinan: Umingan Responsible for promoting the ease of doing business and facilitating MSMEs' access to services. We are open from Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

The Negosyo Center Program is in charge of promoting ease of doing business and making services available to Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The "Go Negosyo Act," Republic Act No. 10644, seeks to strengthen MSMEs in order to create more job opportunities in the country. The program began in 2014, with the establishment of five centers on the islands of Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. S

ince then, more Centers have been established across the country, bringing ease of doing business to MSMEs in all regions. As MSMEs play a significant role in driving the Philippine economy, Negosyo Centers help to stimulate entrepreneurship development. Negosyo Centers are located in strategic areas that are convenient for existing and aspiring entrepreneurs, such as DTI offices, Local Government Units (LGU), academe, Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), and shopping malls. Inilunsad ng DTI Pangasinan katuwang ang ilang mall ang Balik-Eskwela Diskwento Caravan upang mabigyan ng abot-kaya at diskwentong school supplies ang mga magulang at estudyante para sa nalalapit na pasukan. Layunin nitong maibsan ang gastusin ng mga pamilya habang papalapit ang pagbubukas ng klase sa June 8, 2026.

Kasabay nito, nagsagawa rin ang ahensya ng price at supply monitoring upang matiyak ang patas na presyo at sapat na suplay ng mga produkto sa merkado, habang pinaalalahanan ang publiko na maging mapanuri sa pamimili.
