The 1ST Qtr CY-2018 5ID MSAB Meeting was held on 230930H April 2018 at the 5ID Officers’ Clubhouse, CMFDC, Upi, Gamu, Isabela and it was attended by the members of the 5ID MSAB headed by Dr. Milagros A. Rimando, Regional Director, NEDA-CAR and the Vice-Chairman, 5ID MSAB. The said activity was also attended by the ATR TWG, other Officers and men of 5ID headed by MGEN PERFECTO M RIMANDO JR AFP, Commander, 5ID.

The 5ID MSAB Meeting was done purposely to formally acquaint and present the new Commander, 5ID to the MSAB members and at the same time to engage the MSAB members in a dialogue vis-à-vis the presented initiatives, proposals, recommended plans and programs of the former. Through the meeting, Commander, 5ID and the MSAB members were updated on the current and previous programs of the MSAB geared towards the attainment of the 5ID mission in line with its Transformation Program.

Darauay, Regional Director, NEDA, Region 2 at Camp Melchor F Dela Cruz, Upi, Gamu, Isabela last May 15, 2016. Dr. Darauay is one of the 5ID Local Multi-Sector Advisory Board members who helps in ensuring the adoption and institutionalization of the Performance Governance System (PGS) in 5ID as embodied in the ATR.
