Go ahead. Scroll as long as you need. You’ll find peace in there. The only feelings I’ve ever risked hurting were other women’s, just to make sure yours were protected.
You’d rather stay in and cuddle than go out?
That’s easy. I’ll cook you dinner, and press play on your favorite movie. I don’t need loud rooms or flashing lights when I’ve got everything I want sitting right next to me.
You’re uncomfortable with me talking to someone?
I’ll block them. Not because I feel like I'm being controlled, but because I’m respect you and your feelings. I will never entertain anything that threatens what I’m building.
I’ll respect you. I’ll stay faithful. I’ll protect what we have every single day without hesitation. You won’t have to question where I stand, you’ll feel it in how I move.
But understand this clearly.
The same loyalty I give, I require.
The same reassurance I offer, I expect.
The same energy I pour into you, I refuse to beg for in return.
Because I’m not offering temporary affection.
I’m offering security, peace and most importantly, consistency.
And if we’re doing this… we’re not playing house.
We’re building something that doesn’t shake us when the world tries to.
