I started learning Marketing Automation without any tech background.

No coding experience.
No marketing degree.
No idea what a CRM, workflow, or funnel even meant before.

At first, everything felt overwhelming.

I remember opening automation platforms and thinking:
“How do people even understand all of this?”

But instead of trying to learn everything at once, I focused on one small skill at a time.
• Understanding how lead forms work
• Learning basic CRM organization
• Creating simple automated follow-ups
• Exploring funnels and customer journeys
• Watching tutorials and practicing daily
Slowly, things started making sense.

What surprised me most was realizing that marketing automation isn’t about being “super technical.”
It’s really about understanding people, processes, and how to create smoother experiences for customers.

Now, I genuinely enjoy building workflows, automating repetitive tasks, and helping businesses save time while improving lead management.
Still learning every day — but that’s part of the journey.
If you’re starting from zero, just know:
You do not need to know everything before you begin.
Start small. Stay consistent. Learn by doing.
