Department of Labor and Employment - DOLE released Labor Advisory No. 05-24 regarding proper pay on April 9 (Labour Day) and April 10, 2024 (Eidโ€™l Fitr) which are both Regular Holiday.

Regular Holiday โ€“ April 9 & April 10, 2024
In order for the employee to receive 100% of his/her daily wage (basic wage x 100%) on this day, he/she must be on or paid leave on the last working day before the scheduled regular holiday.

๐—ฅ๐—ฒ๐—ด๐˜‚๐—น๐—ฎ๐—ฟ ๐—›๐—ผ๐—น๐—ถ๐—ฑ๐—ฎ๐˜† - ๐— ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐˜€๐—ผ ๐Ÿฎ๐Ÿด-๐Ÿฎ๐Ÿต, ๐Ÿฎ๐Ÿฌ๐Ÿฎ๐Ÿฐ

Sa pagkakataon na ang empleyado ay pumasok o naka-paid leave noong huling araw bago ang nakatakdang regular holiday, o kaya naman ay hindi pumasok sa araw ng regular holiday, siya ay makakatanggap ng 100% ng kaniyang arawang sahod (basic wage x 100%).
