- Maging intentional ung leadership dahil para makapag next level ang isang apprentice leader (AL) ay matulungan nia ang biz partners nia na mag next level
- Maging culture na hilahin ung willing magpahila sa itaas
- Maiwasan at matanggal ang mga “leader by title”
- Bago makarating sa level 7 or 8 ay may passive income na

- To create self-managed (self-aware) leaders
