Lately, marami akong nakikitang parents na may kasamang bata sa mall na suot yung name tag na inorder nila sa amin sa Shopee.

Hindi nila ako kilala. Hindi rin nila alam na kami ang gumawa nun. Pero sobrang saya sa feeling. 🥹

For most people, name tag lang siya. Pero for us, bawat order dumadaan sa kamay namin—from printing, checking, hanggang packing. Tapos makikita mo one day na ginagamit na pala siya ng totoong tao.

Parang biglang nagkaroon ng mukha yung order. Hindi na lang siya pangalan sa screen o order number. Isa na pala siyang batang papasok sa school, may excited na magulang, at may simpleng kwento na naging maliit kaming parte.

Moments like this reminds me why I love what I do. ❤️
