Powered by People (PBP) is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Artist Intern to join our growing team.
This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience creating visual assets for real-world marketing campaigns, business initiatives, and digital content while collaborating with marketing, content, and leadership teams.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about design, visual storytelling, and creating graphics that communicate ideas effectively.
Responsibilities
* Create graphics for social media, marketing campaigns, and digital content
* Design promotional materials, presentations, and branding assets
* Collaborate with marketing and content teams on creative projects
* Assist in developing visual concepts and campaign materials
* Ensure consistency with company branding and design standards
* Revise and improve designs based on feedback
* Organize and maintain design files and assets
* Provide regular updates on assigned deliverables
Technical Requirements
Required Skills
* Proficiency in Canva
* Basic to intermediate Adobe Photoshop skills
* Strong understanding of design fundamentals, including layout, typography, and color
* Ability to create visually engaging social media and marketing materials
* Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain design consistency
* At least one portfolio project demonstrating graphic design skills
Nice to Have
* Adobe Illustrator experience
* Motion graphics or basic video editing skills
* Experience designing for social media campaigns
* Branding or logo design experience
Ideal Candidate
* Passionate about graphic design and visual communication
* Creative with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable receiving feedback and implementing revisions
