We’re Hiring: 2 Quantity Surveyors

Location: Remote | Full-time

Powered by People is looking for 2 skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyors to join our team. The ideal candidates will manage project costs from start to finish, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Review construction plans and prepare detailed quantity take-offs.
- Analyze costs for materials, labor, and equipment to optimize project budgets.
- Prepare, negotiate, and manage contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Collaborate with clients, site managers, and project teams to ensure smooth ex*****on.
- Track project progress, document design changes, and update budgets accordingly.
- Maintain accurate reports, forecasts, and risk assessments.
- Provide cost-saving recommendations and strategies to improve project outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with all stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying and/or project management.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural and engineering drawings.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of estimating software and Microsoft Office; familiarity with building codes and regulations is a plus.

College graduate (Business courses preferred)

Property management experience is a plus
