LSI | Returning Residents - Inbound Requirements: as of OCTOBER 2021

Options:
-For unvaccinated/not fully vaccinated:
1) RTPCR NASAL/THROAT SWAB (OR)
2) RTPCR SALIVA from DOH-accredited laboratory (valid 72hrs before travel date)

-For fully vaccinated individuals:
1) VACCINATION CARD (2 weeks after the second dose)
2) Vaxcert.ph Online Certificate or Vax certificate from City Health Office
3) ANTIGEN SWAB TEST (valid 48 hours from the time of testing until your travel date)

-Certificate of Residency (from your barangay in Victorias)
-S-Pass & StaySafe App Registration
