🎯We're Hiring: Short-Form B2B SaaS/AI Video Content Producer
Remote • Philippines-Based • Retainer • £700–£1,500/month

🎯 The role in one line:
✅ You will be a research-driven content producer who turns loose ideas into daily short-form video scripts and presentation slide briefs across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
🎯 What You Will Do:
✅ You will take a loose content idea — sometimes given to you, sometimes your own — and turn it into a complete, ready-to-film package. Each package lives as a single card on a shared Notion board and contains: a script (with hook, spoken word, CTA, and caption copy), and a brief for a separate designer to build the accompanying slides that appear behind the client on camera.
✅ Some videos will be in faceless format using the client’s voice or AI-generated voice. You need to be comfortable creating quick screen-recordings to showcase the point you’re making. Your videos must be example-packed — never conceptual or high-level.
✅ The goal is one video posted per day, which means you need to stay ahead of that volume consistently. Typically 1minute long. The client approves every script before filming. Videos may be bulk-filmed in advance, so building a strong queue is a core part of your job.
🎯 Content Focus:
✅ The content covers GTM strategy, AI features and tooling, and growth — not generic thought leadership. Roughly 50/50 of your output will be evergreen VS timely trend-jacking, so you need to stay on top of what’s happening in the AI and B2B marketing space.
✅ A critical part of your role is sourcing real data, stats, and concrete examples — especially examples of tools, features, and use cases. This is research-heavy work, and more around cohesive narratives than traditional copywriting. If you love digging into the details and turning them into tight, punchy content, you’ll enjoy this.
🎯 What Success Looks Like After 90 Days:
✅ The client is posting at least one video per day on a consistent schedule across channels.
✅ Your scripts are tight, well-researched, and require minimal revision.
✅ You are proactively bringing ideas to the table - not just waiting for direction.
✅ The Notion board should be a well-oiled queue with scripts and designer briefs always ahead of the filming schedule.
🎯 Must-Haves:
✅ You genuinely use and understand AI tools — not just a passing interest. We want to see that AI is part of how you actually work.
✅ You understand LinkedIn and TikTok content formats well, with Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts as secondary platforms.
✅ You can work from a very loose direction and still produce structured, detailed output without needing your hand held.
✅ You are a strong researcher — comfortable digging up data, stats, case studies, and real-world examples.
✅ Your written English is excellent. Natural, confident, and B2B-appropriate.
✅ You can work autonomously without timezone overlap, as long as your output stays ahead of schedule.
✅ You are based in the Philippines.

✅ You have experience writing scripts specifically for short-form video — not just blog posts or social captions.
✅ You are familiar with the B2B SaaS or growth marketing space.
✅ You are familiar with the AI space.
✅ You have worked with a personal brand before, not just a company.
✅ You are comfortable working in Notion & Google apps.

✅ Retainer position — starting part-time/flexible, with potential to go full-time for the right person.
✅ Pay: £700–£1,500/month depending on experience and output.
✅ Fully remote. No timezone overlap required - as long as your queue stays ahead of schedule.
✅ Zero client interaction. This is entirely behind the scenes.
✅ Reference creators will be shared with you during onboarding so you know exactly what style and format to match.
