For everyone’s safety, please always check the driver’s name, vehicle model, and license plate number before riding the vehicle and starting your trip.

If the driver or vehicle information does not match your booking details:
❌ Do not continue the trip
❌ Cancel the booking immediately
❌ Report the incident through the “Support” button in the app

For urgent situations, you may also use the SOS button available in the app for immediate assistance.
