ABG Environmental Consultancy Services is owned by Engr. Alan B de Gala, the former Regional Director of the Environmental Management Bureau (EMB) of Region IX. He worked for the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) for 37 years and has been doing environmental work since his retirement from the organization in 2012. He has a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and a Master

's Degree in Environmental Engineering. Vision

The firm envisions to transform itself to a leading environmental consulting firm in the country with proven track record, utilizing the core principles of shared environmental responsibilities that guarantee true, factual, and high quality research.
