ABG Environmental Consultancy Services is owned by Engr. Alan B de Gala, the former Regional Director of the Environmental Management Bureau (EMB) of Region IX. He worked for the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) for 37 years and has been doing environmental work since his retirement from the organization in 2012. He has a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and a Master's Degree in Environmental Engineering. Vision
