The complete saying was originally "A jack of all trades is a master of none, however in many cases better than a master of one." Formerly meant as a compliment, the statement means that a person is a generalist rather than a specialist, flexible and capable at many things.

In current usage, however, the expression is usually meant sarcastically and most firmly not a compliment. Calling someone a "a jack of all trades" implies that a person is not exceptionally skillful in any of the fields in which he claims expertise. His knowledge or abilities are shallow instead of comprehensive. He just paddles especially in fields in which a specialist is required or needed.

Color plays a vital role in brand identity. It attracts customers to a product, mixes feelings and has a huge impact on brand recognition.

Colors can make us feel happy or sad. They can make us feel hungry or relaxed. As a graphic designer, it is important to understand the psychological effects colors might have on an average individual or your customer's target audience.

Note that colors can be subjective. What might make one person feel joyful can make someone else feel disturbed depending on the viewers' past experiences or cultural differences.

Color is not completely agreed on generally and can appeal diversely to each country. A graphic designer must examine their target audience and choose colors accordingly.
