To restore your internet connection, please perform a power cycle by turning your modem OFF, waiting for at least 1โ€“2 minutes, and then turning it ON again.

We would like to inform our valued customers that some areas are currently experiencing no internet connection or intermittent connectivity issues. Initial findings indicate that this may be caused by factory-defective modems, which require replacement.

Affected customers are advised to contact our support team for proper assessment and modem replacement (pull-out and installation of a new
unit).
