اہل خانہ کے ساتھ معاملات میں حکمت کی ضرورت

موجودہ دور میں فرد وافراد کو داخلی طور پر جو چیلینجز درپیش ہیں٬ ان میں ایک بڑا چیلنج مزاج کے خلاف واقعات کو برداشت نہ کرنا٬ احساس اذیت اور احساس تلخی کا شکار ہونا ہے٬ چھوٹے چھوٹے واقعات پر مزاج سخت رنجیدہ ہوجاتا ہے٬ اس سے تلخیاں پیدا ہوتی ہیں اور تلخیوں سے رد عمل کی نفسیات جنم لیتی ہے اور وہ پختہ ہوتی ہے۔
داخلی نوعیت کے اس چیلنج سے عہدہ بر آہونے کے لئے ضروری ہے کہ فرد صبر وشکر٬ہمت اوروحوصلہ سے کام لے٬ اہل خانہ اور دوست واحباب کی الٹی سیدھی باتوں کے جواب میں خاموشی اختیار کرے اور صبر سے کام لے۔
موجودہ دور ہماری نوعمری کے دور سے جوہری طور پر مختلف ہے٬ جدید نسل میں ادب وآداب کا نظام ختم ہوگیا ہے٬ بَڑوں کی عزت وتکریم باقی نہیں رہی٬ مادی حسن پر فریفتگی نے نوجوان نسل کو دوراہے پر کھڑا کر دیا ہے٬ ان حالات میں بچوں اور اہل خانہ کے ساتھ روزانہ آپ کا سخت اور تلخ جملوں کا تکرار آپ کے گھر کو آگ کے دہانے پر لاکھڑا کر سکتا ہے٬ اس لئے صبر ٬ تحمل ٬ برداشت اور حکمت سے کام لینے کی ضرورت ہے۔
بچوں اور اہل خانہ کی جو عادت آپ کو پسند نہیں٬ اول تو اس پر خاموش رہیں٬ اگر اس کی نشاندہی بھی کریں تو ایک دوبار بات کرکے معاملے کو ختم کردیں٬ روزمرہ زندگی میں اہل خانہ اور نوعمر بچوں سے آپ کی کھٹ پھٹ آپ کو دوطرفہ نقصان پہنچا سکتی ہے٬ ایک تو اس اعتبار سے کہ آپ کی نفسیات میں فساد برپا ہونا شروع ہوگا٬ آپ غصے سے بے قابو ہوکر یاسیت (مایوسی) کا شکار ہوجائیں گے دوم یہ کہ اس سے اہل خانہ اور نو عمر لڑکوں میں ضد اور رد عمل کی نفسیات پختہ ہونا شروع ہوگی٬ اور نہ چاہتے ہوئے بھی ان کے دل میں آپ کے لئے کدورت اور رنجیدگی پیدا ہوگی٬ اس کدورت سے ان کو مزید نقصان یہ ہوگا کہ ان کی زندگی خیر وبرکت سے محروم ہوتی جائے گی۔
دور جدید میں اہل خانہ کے ساتھ معاملہ کرنے کے لئے حکمت اور فراست کی پہلے سے زیادہ ضرورت ہے٬ حکمت اور فراست کا مطلب یہ ہے کہ گفتگو میں تلخی وتندی نہ ہو ٬ بلکہ محبت آمیزی شامل ہو٬ اگر توجہ دلانی مقصود ہو تو اس کے لئے مناسب موقع ومحل کا انتظار کیجئے۔
سب سے اہم بات یہ کہ گھر میں آپ کا اپنا کردار ایسا ہو٬جو پاکیزہ اور بہتر ہو ٬ نماز اور وردوظائف آپ کے معمولات میں شامل ہوں٬ گھر والوں کی بیماری اور دکھ وغم میں آپ ان کے برابر شریک ہوں٬ اس طرح شریک ہوں کہ گویا یہ بیماری آپ کو خود لاحق ہوگئی ہو ٬ عزیز واقارب کے ساتھ نرمی ومحبت وشفقت آپ کے معمولات میں شامل ہو ٬ بلکہ یہ چیزیں آپ کے مزاج کا حصہ ہوں٬ آپ کا اس طرح کا کردار ہی آپ کے پورے گھر پر اثر انداز ہو سکتا ہے۔
یہ نکتہ سمجھنا از حد ضروری ہے کہ مزاج کی تلخی ایک بیماری نہیں بلکہ بہت ساری بیماریوں کامجموعہ ہے٬ مزاج کی تلخی سے تشدد جنم لیتا ہے٬ تشدد سے گھروں٬ دوستوں اور عزیز واقارب میں ٹوٹ پھوٹ واقع ہوتی ہے۔
مزاج کی سختی دراصل فرعون نفس کا سب سے طاقتور حربہ ہے٬ جس سے وہ گھروں میں فساد برپا کرتا ہے٬ بچوں کے مزاج میں زہر گھول دیتا ہے اور دوستوں میں جدائی کا سبب بنتا ہے٬ اس لئے مزاج کی خرابی کو بڑی بیماری سمجھ کر٬ اس کے علاج کی فکر کرنا از حد ضروری ہے۔
اس کے علاج کی سب سے بہتر صورت یہ ہے کہ اخلاق حسنہ کے حامل افراد کی صحبت اختیار کی جائے٬ اس سے ان کے دلوں میں موجود طاقتور مثبت شعائیں نکل کر رفتہ رفتہ آپ کے دل میں منتقل ہوتی رہیں گی٬ اس طرح آپ بتدریج نرمی٬ صبر٬ تحمل٬ بُردباری اور فراست کی صلاحیتوں کے حامل ہوتے جائیں گے٬ ہمارے معاشرے میں صدیوں سے افراد میں اوصاف رذیلہ کو نکال کر اوصاف حمیدہ پیدا کرنے کی یہی صورت موجود رہی ہے٬ موجودہ دور چونکہ عقلیت کا دور ہے٬ لگ بھگ ہر فرد اپنے آپ کو عقل کل سمجھتا ہے٬ اس لئے وہ روحانی استاد کو حیثیت دینے٬ اس سے استفادہ کرنے اور اس کی صحبت اختیار کرنے کے لئے تیار نہیں ہے٬ اس کی سزا یہ ہے کہ ہمارا انفرادی اور اجتماعی سارا نظام ٹوٹ پھوٹ کا شکار ہے٬ خدارا اپنی اپنے اہل خانہ اور دوست واحباب کی حالت پر رحم کھاتے ہوئے مزاج کی سختی اور اخلاق رزیلہ سے نجات کے لئے اپنے اسلاف کے طریقے کو اپنائیں۔
