Not everyone will recognize your value when they meet you. Some people understand only what they are ready to understand. That does not make your worth smaller. A rare book does not become ordinary because someone walks past it without opening the cover.

The mistake is spending years trying to convince people to see what they were never prepared to appreciate. Your value is not created by recognition. Recognition only reveals who had the eyes to notice it.

Keep growing.
Keep becoming.
Keep walking.

Sometimes being overlooked is not rejection. It is redirection. You do not become valuable when someone finally sees your worth. You were valuable before they understood it.
