This is my strategy to set up an ETSY account efficiently that you can use for the long term without any suspension/deactivation.
First of all, you need to register on ETSY as a Buyer by using your email address.
After creating a buyer account, you need to make some history/activity by clicking on random products and keep scrolling for at least 7 days.
Then convert it into a seller account.

CAUTION: Don’t Share your details which you have used while creating ETSY Shop like Email, Bank Details and Credit Card details to anyone.
Some time you will get emails from Etsy to Top-up your Credit Card and share us details etc. They are Scammers actually. So, be careful.

Answer): No it is not necessary, because we need LLC for brand approval but in online arbitrage we don't need approval so we can start without LLC.

is it same as dropshipoing?

Qualities of a good product for wholesale business model

• Should have high demand of about minimum 300 sales average per month
• No more than 5 sellers on that listing or if the sellers are more than 10/20 then the product sales should be very good and high
• Choose those products which are hot selling such as household, kitchen and pet products
• No amazon or out of stock from last 180 days
• No brand as a seller
• Profitable product from 15 to 50 dollars
• Improvement potentials this means that poor amazon listing and pictures this will help us to optimize the listing and help to convince the brands.
• Buybox rotation should be very consistant and no seller should taking the sales more than 45%
• BSR should be low than 50000 or ideally below 30000
• Check the graph through keepa and see the daily unit sales of the sellers this should be equal or closer.
• Profit margins should be from 10% to 20% and calculate the profit margins through fbaamazon calculator
• Avoid the hazardous and breakable products so that you haven’t face any issue in future
• 2/3 FBA sellers in that listing
• Check the stock of different sellers and analyze that how much stock they have.
• Calculate profit by putting the lowest price that if you are getting the profits or not.
• Product weight and dimensions should be standard to avoid the extra amazon fees.
