INVESTMENT DETAIL
SAHARA GROUP TRADERS
This Agreement has been concluded by the respective Mr.XYZ(Trader) and/or Mr. XYZ (Investor) by following the initial presentation of the Agreement via the InstaForex Website and its acceptance thereafter via the ex*****on of the definite actions, which affirm the Agreement to be binding for both parties involved.
GENERAL PROVISIONS:
o Forex Copy Trader in present agreement is first party who trade Forex Market (Currency Market) with investors funds who (investor) is a second party who follow the trades of Forex Copy Trader in his account.
o Both Copy Trader and Follower (Investor) keep their funds in their own trading accounts and trades of Copy Trader will be placed automatically in Follower’s trading account with equal trading volume and equal capital ratio.
o Follower will pay 50% amount from his investment to Forex Copy Trader and will keep 50% amount in his own trading account and Trader will trade with follower’s 50% capital amount.
o Only US Dollar currency will be used to make operations e.g. investment, deposit and withdrawal.
o Investment amount in present agreement will be 1,500$ (USD Fifteen Hundred Dollars Only) as per current rate per USD in PKR. 5% Conversion charges will apply.
o Investor will invest 50% amount which means 750$ (USD Seven Hundred and Fifty Only) to traders account and keep the same amount in his account. Both trader and follower (Investor) will get 30% deposit bonus in their trading accounts to support trades.
o Trading period will be 30 days (Thirty Days) after both accounts (trader/follower) was replenished.
o In case, an investor demands his funds earlier than the agreement period, a payment penalty of 20% on total amount of his current/remaining investment will apply and trader will take this amount.
o In case, trader wants to refrain from the program before the agreement period, he is bound to pay back total actual amount / total investment of investor to investor’s trading account.
o Follower will not place any type of order/market lot in his trading account whether the trader has placed orders or not. Follower will not suggest trader to place order in any circumstances or market high probability positions and also will not close any deal whether it is in profit or in loss.
o Both trader and investor will get rebates in their trading accounts as per 1.5pip ratio accordingly.
o In case of stop out / margin call, both trader and follower will keep their account balances equal by doing necessary options.
o Follower has the right to request to increase his trading volume. In this case follower will also bear the same risk in his account. Trader has the right to decrease his trading volume follower has request to increase his volume. Both trader and follower will get the same risk/reward.
ACCOUNT SECURITY
o InstaForex accounts are 100% secured, both follower and trader must need to keep their account passwords, PIN Code and necessary data secure and don’t tell to anyone.
o While transfer of funds or withdrawal, InstaForex provide each customer full SMS security. Beside this follower also can check is account status/history at any time by logining his account through client cabinet through InstaForex official website and MT4 terminal.
o Trader can ask follower’s account secure information to meet the necessary operations while trading only in case:
§ To change the trading volume in follower(s) account if a follower has no experience or knowledge to operate the client cabinet.
§ A follower has no time to pay or he/she is busy in any other working activity.
§ A follower has 100% trust and both trader / follower have strong trusty relationship.
§ When trader assures follower that trader can’t do any type of withdraws or transfers due to SMS/Email security.
§ To apply the bonus on profit.
§ To help follower if he gets any type of problem by the company
§ To train the follower about giving information of Forex copy system and how to use this service.
PROFIT/LOSS DISTRIBUTION
o Sum which exceed to the investment amount and without bonus amount will be calculated as profit.
o Distribution of profit between both parties on equal ratio which both trader and follower receive will receive automatically in their trading accounts with 50% share.
o In case of total loss, trader will take responsibility of 50% loss of total investment which was invested in both accounts.
o Follower has the right to take any type of security for his 50% recovery in case of total loss.
o There is no guarantee that average profit will earn within or before the agreement tenure. Profit may earn /lost in one day, one week or in a month.
o If at the end of agreement period parties receives partial loss less than the investment or same amounts remains as initial amounts invested, the period of this agreement remain the same and next tenure will start with rest of terms and conditions.
