Amazon is likely scamming you:

Here's what i mean:

Amazon is charging you for things you shouldn't be paying
Customer Scams Missing FBA Shipments Orders shipped but not Received

in all of these cases Amazon owes you money but they will never say a word

It's up to you to:

1.) Read Amazon Guidelines.
2.) Figure out what situations you aren't eligble for.
3.) Open a case with Amazon to Refund your Money.

This process is called Reconcilliation And most Amazon sellers will sell hundreds of thousands of dollars without opening a single case for Reimburstment.

Amazon Selling: The Big Picture
Any individual/business that can;
✅ Correctly research the market to find a frequently needed solution (or a product that offers that solution)
✅ Cheaply source that solution (or the product that offers that solution)
✅ In a generally acceptable Quality
✅ Get it cheaply delivered to Amazon FBA with the fastest speed possible
✅ List it on Amazon, by creatively embedding the keywords which people are using to find that solution to drive the on-Amazon traffic (cheapest available eyeballs)
✅ Write a Copy that can convince them it is the solution they have been looking for
✅ At a price, people are willing to pay for that solution
