Polygala erioptera, commonly known as the woolly-winged milkwort, is a small annual or perennial herb belonging to the milkwort family (Polygalaceae). It is widely distributed across dry tropical and subtropical regions, spanning Africa, the Arabian Peninsula, Pakistan, India, and parts of Southeast Asia.
Traditional Uses:
In traditional medicine systems within parts of South Asia, tribal communities utilize extracts from the plant for wound healing, managing pain, and treating minor gastrointestinal complaints.
Location: very rare plant found in main Darazinda s.d Dera Ismail khan KPK Pakistan.
