GtWCCI organized a grand Independence Day ceremony themed "Meri Pehchaan, Mera Pakistan" to honor the spirit, unity, and resilience of our nation. We were honored by the esteemed presence of Deputy Commissioner Ms. Noor Ul Ain Qureshi and MPA N-League Gujranwala Ms. Saima Zahid, both of whom addressed the audience with inspiring reflections on national unity, growth, and the vital role of youth and women in shaping Pakistan’s future.

The event showcased vibrant cultural performances, patriotic songs, and tabloids by talented students from various schools, colleges, and universities. Their energetic participation added incredible enthusiasm and color to the celebrations.

The celebration concluded with a joyful cake-cutting ceremony led by Deputy Commissioner Ms. Noor Ul Ain Qureshi, MPA Gujranwala Ms. Saima Zahid, GtWCCI President Ms. Saima Sarfraz, Senior Vice President Ms. Nabeela Nasir, and Vice President Ms. Arooj Nawaz.

The Gujrat Women Chamber of Commerce & Industry (GtWCCI) proudly participated in the Pakistan Economic Summit 2026, organized by UBG in collaboration with FPCCI at the Jinnah Convention Centre, Islamabad.

The GtWCCI delegation was led by Group Leader, Shaheen Group, Mr. Haji Nasir Mehmood, accompanied by President Ms. Saima Sarfraz, Senior Vice President Ms. Nabeela Nasir, Vice President Ms. Arooj Nawaz, and Executive Members Dr. Mahnoor Syed, Ms. Sawera Qaiser, Ms. Nosheen Ilyas, Ms. Tayaba Iram, Ms. Fatima Anwaar, and Ms. Fauzia Shaukat.

The summit featured valuable discussions on Pakistan's economic future, business growth, and investment opportunities, with renowned guest speakers and industry experts. The delegation also had the opportunity to connect with representatives from various chambers and prominent business leaders, including Ms. Samina Fazil, Founder of Islamabad Women Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Ms. Kynat Raza, Advisor to the President FPCCI, and Mr. Zaki Aijaz, Chairman Punjab, FPCCI.

A delegation from the Gujrat Women Chamber of Commerce & Industry (GtWCCI) held a productive meeting with Deputy Commissioner Gujrat, Ms. Noor Ul Ain Qureshi, to discuss important matters concerning women's empowerment, women-led businesses, and key issues affecting women across the district.
