Looking for highly energetic people, who possess excellent English Communication Skills (both VERBAL and WRITTEN).
Must have communication skills to handle customers (U.K) on Inbound and Outbound Calls, as well as through e-mails.
Must have ability to transform a lead into sale.
Must have excellent English (British) listening, understanding and speaking skills.
Must be equally good at appointment settings and persuasive techniques.
Call Centre experience would be a plus point for this post.
Shift Timings are from 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
