The finance minister must listen to the legitimate and genuine demands of the FBR officials and officers .Being the best of the best they deserve more than the others. Settling for less than what is offered to others is quite unfair and unjustifiable. FBR people perform much more arduous and essential jobs than any other service in Pakistan Throughout the world Revenue Service is accorded highest consideration in terms of financial compensation andcareer progression . Some body somewhere is creating problems for the government.My humble request is to review the whole paradigm of their service with their due share in secretariat positions, foreign courses ,share in grade 22 based on their strength and scraping the notification "forcing 22offficers to be fbr only" in order to create a motivated work force for meeting the daunting challenge of collecting revenue over 7trillions from an unhealthy Economy.
