Job Description – Commission-Based Sales Representative / Assistant

📍 Location: E-18 & D-18, Islamabad

Company: MiCasa Marketing & Constructions

Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Representative / Assistant on a commission basis to deal in real estate projects in E-18 & D-18 Islamabad. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and basic knowledge of the local property market.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads for plots and houses in E-18 & D-18

Conduct site visits with clients

Follow up with potential buyers

Close sales deals professionally

Coordinate with management regarding bookings and documentation

Assist in marketing activities (WhatsApp, Facebook, property portals)

Requirements:

Good communication & negotiation skills

Basic knowledge of Islamabad real estate market (E-18 & D-18 preferred)

Own bike/car will be a plus

Self-motivated and target-oriented

حضرت سیدہ فاطمہ جگر گوشہ سرور کونین صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کا وصال تاریخِ اسلام کا نہایت دردناک اور اہم واقعہ ہے۔ اہلِ سنت کی معتبر کتبِ تاریخ و حدیث میں اس بات پر اتفاق پایا جاتا ہے کہ آپؓ کا انتقال رسولِ اکرم ﷺ کے وصال کے تقریباً چھ ماہ بعد سن 11 ہجری میں ہوا۔ آپؓ کی عمر اس وقت قریباً انتیس برس بیان کی جاتی ہے، اگرچہ بعض روایات میں معمولی اختلاف بھی ملتا ہے۔

صحیح بخاری میں مذکور ہے کہ سیدہؓ نبی کریم ﷺ کے بعد چھ ماہ تک زندہ رہیں۔ اسی طرح البدایہ والنہایہ از ابن کثیر اور الطبقات الکبری از ابن سعد میں بھی آپؓ کے وصال کا ذکر انہی ایام میں ملتا ہے، اور یہ تصریح کی گئی ہے کہ آپؓ اہلِ بیت میں سب سے پہلے تھیں جن کا انتقال رسول اللہ ﷺ کے بعد ہوا۔

روایات سے معلوم ہوتا ہے کہ آپؓ نے اپنی زندگی کے آخری ایام میں یہ وصیت فرمائی کہ آپ کا جنازہ رات کے وقت ادا کیا جائے۔ چنانچہ آپؓ کی نمازِ جنازہ شب کے وقت محدود افراد کی موجودگی میں ادا کی گئی۔ بعض کتب میں مذکور ہے کہ نمازِ جنازہ حضرت علی بن ابی طالبؓ نے پڑھائی۔

تدفین مدینہ منورہ کے مشہور قبرستان جنت البقیع میں عمل میں آئی۔ آپؓ کی خواہش کے مطابق قبرِ مبارک کو نمایاں نہیں کیا گیا، اسی وجہ سے آج تک اس کی متعین نشاندہی نہیں کی جاتی۔

مدارج النبوۃ از عبدالحق محدث دہلوی میں بھی انہی امور کو اختصار کے ساتھ بیان کیا گیا ہے کہ وصال نبی کریم ﷺ کے چھ ماہ بعد ہوا، جنازہ رات کو ادا کیا گیا اور تدفین سادگی و پردہ داری کے ساتھ جنت البقیع میں ہوئی۔

یوں سیدہ فاطمہؓ کی حیاتِ طیبہ کا اختتام بھی اسی وقار، حیا اور سادگی کے ساتھ ہوا جو آپؓ کی پوری زندگی کا نمایاں وصف تھا۔
