Our Vision is to make and build up a circle of innovative arrangements across different organized verticals to achieve a economic change for Transgender People in Pakistan Objectives
1- To link up like-minded transgender individuals, as well as those with similar business or strategic interests.
2- To serve as a source of learning, sharing and exchanging of ideas between transgender entrepreneurs.

3- To make a chain response that will adjust the entrepreneurial scene of Pakistan, and help groom and support transgender people who are driven as much by profits as by cultural change
4- To team up and organize with every key partner related to transgender entrepreneurship, filling in as a stage for idea generation with financial backers just as giving beginning up cash-flow to those thoughts that are lined up with our social command.
5- To establish a climate of sustainable transgender enterprises at all levels including the grassroots, bringing about financial strengthening
6- To be a resource tool for transgender entrepreneurs, giving the most recent updates and data on patterns at the local, national, regional and global level

🏳️‍⚧️ Care that affirms. Support that transforms.

Everyone deserves healthcare where they can feel seen, respected and supported. Gender-affirming care is about more than healthcare services — it is about dignity, autonomy, wellbeing and the freedom to live as yourself. 💗

🌿 Your identity.
🌿 Your pace.
🌿 Your choices.
🌿 The care you deserve.

Because affirmation can make healthcare safer, kinder and more human. ✨

Care is affirmation. Affirmation is freedom.

🌼 Menstrual Well-being at Work

Your period shouldn’t cost you your comfort, dignity, or productivity.

A truly inclusive workplace is one where menstrual health is understood, supported, and normalized — not whispered about or treated as a taboo.

What can workplaces do?

🩸 Make menstrual products accessible.
🚻 Ensure safe, private and hygienic facilities.
💛 Offer flexible policies when needed.
📚 Replace stigma with awareness and understanding.
🤝 Build a culture of dignity, respect and equality.

Because menstrual well-being is workplace well-being.

It’s time to move beyond awareness and create workplaces where people don’t have to choose between their health and their work.

Let’s make menstruation-friendly workplaces the norm — not the exception.

Honored to be invited as a panelist at AIDS 2026 for the session -Women Accessing Innovation in HIV Care: Building an Enabling Environment for Lenacapavir and Beyond

We shared the Pakistan perspective and broader Global South realities on access to HIV innovations. While Lenacapavir represents a major breakthrough in HIV prevention, it is currently not available in Pakistan. For communities most affected by HIV, scientific progress must be matched with equitable access, affordability, inclusive policies, and meaningful community engagement.

Pakistan’s transgender communities face a disproportionate HIV burden, with available data indicating around 7.1% HIV prevalence among transgender women, with some cities reporting even higher rates. These realities highlight the urgent need for accessible, community-led prevention and care.

We emphasized that the voices and lived experiences of communities from the Global South must be at the center of decisions shaping the future of HIV prevention and treatment.

Grateful for the opportunity to contribute to this important global dialogue and continue advocating for health equity and inclusion.
