Our Vision is to make and build up a circle of innovative arrangements across different organized verticals to achieve a economic change for Transgender & Intersex People in Pakistan Objectives
1- To link up like-minded transgender individuals, as well as those with similar business or strategic interests.
2- To serve as a source of learning, sharing and exchanging of ideas between transgender entrepreneurs.
3- To make a chain response that will adjust the entrepreneurial scene of Pakistan, and help groom and support transgender people who are driven as much by profits as by cultural change
4- To team up and organize with every key partner related to transgender entrepreneurship, filling in as a stage for idea generation with financial backers just as giving beginning up cash-flow to those thoughts that are lined up with our social command.
5- To establish a climate of sustainable transgender enterprises at all levels including the grassroots, bringing about financial strengthening
6- To be a resource tool for transgender entrepreneurs, giving the most recent updates and data on patterns at the local, national, regional and global level

Let’s Connect 💗

Across Pakistan, many CBOs, NGOs, informal groups, collectives and community-led initiatives are working with transgender, intersex, gender-diverse and sexual minority communities.

We want to build a simple and organic way to know each other better, stay connected across cities, and support each other’s work.

This is not a formal network or alliance — just a space for solidarity, collaboration and mutual support.

What can we do together?
1- Support and amplify each other’s events, campaigns and causes online.
2- Connect each other locally with community members, activists and partners in different cities.
3- Provide references and introductions where relevant.
4- Share knowledge, resources and useful learning.
5- Share opportunities through a WhatsApp group — grants, scholarships, fellowships, conferences and trans-specific opportunities.
6- Help with referrals when someone needs support in another city.

Being understood means having our identities respected, our experiences taken seriously, and access to mental healthcare without judgment, stigma or discrimination.

A huge shout-out to Dr. Sadya Salar, Trans Doctor and community leader from Khawaja Sira Society, for joining us and co-leading an important session at the Gender Diverse Healthcare Summit 2026.

At the Gender Diverse Healthcare Summit 2026, Zehrish Khanzadi from Gender Interactive Alliance highlighted how discrimination within healthcare settings continues to create serious barriers for transgender and intersex people.

She emphasized that stigma, mistreatment, refusal of care, and lack of provider sensitivity can make access to gender-affirming care even more difficult.

Her message called for healthcare providers to be better sensitized and trained, and for health systems to ensure that gender-affirming care is delivered in a safe, respectful, inclusive, and non-discriminatory manner.

At the Gender Diverse Healthcare Summit 2026, Nisha Rao, Advocate and Founder/CEO of Trans Pride Society, highlighted the legal dimensions of access to gender-affirming healthcare in Pakistan.

She emphasized that the Transgender Persons (Protection of Rights) Act, 2018 must translate into meaningful protection from discrimination in healthcare and stronger access to safe, respectful and informed services for transgender and intersex people.

Her intervention reinforced an important message: gender-affirming care is not only a healthcare issue, but also a matter of dignity, equality and legal rights.
