70% of global carbon emissions come from only 10 countries worldwide. Despite ranking Pakistan 158th out of all countries in carbon emissions, it is the 8th most affected country by climate change.
Climate justice demands a narrative change in the international climate change mitigation efforts whereby Global North shoulders more responsibility in the relief efforts for climate affected communities.
