FBA advantage:
It saves the seller's energy and guarantees the service quality
FBA can be delivered within 2 days almost in the United States, and customer satisfaction is higher
Amazon's FBA service is 7*24 hours, and it can also sell goods during holidays
It can improve the exposure rate and conversion rate of stores
FBA logistics system covers nearly 20 sites in North America, Europe, Japan and so on, providing a foundation for sellers to grow bigger and stronger
There are more opportunities to participate in promotional activities. Amazon has many promotional activities every year, and sellers can increase product sales by participating in these activities, but the requirement is [FBA payment must be made].
FBA disadvantage:
High requirements for product quality
Large and long-term storage service costs are required
Without a fixed warehouse, Amazon FBA adopts random warehouse division, which indicates that the cost of FBA header of the seller's may be too high.
Inventory processing is not convenient. If a product in the store is complained about, such as infringement, quality, safety or other original causes of removal or removal, there may be a joint effect.

FBM advantage:

FBM disadvantage:

Three major indicators of FBM:
1. Late Shipment Rate (LSR)
LSR is the percentage of all orders confirmed for delivery within 10 or 30 days after the estimated delivery time.
PS: The platform stipulates that if the seller uses FBM to deliver goods, it needs to maintain an LSR below 4%. If the LSR is higher than 4%, the account may be suspended.
2. Cancel Rate before delivery (CR)
CR refers to the percentage of orders cancelled by sellers in the total number of orders within 7 days.
PS: The platform stipulates that FBM sellers are required to maintain a CR of less than 2.5%, which may lead to account deactivation.
3.Defect Rate Order Defect Rate (ODR)
The ODR is the main indicator of a seller's ability to provide a buyer experience.
PS: FBM sellers need to maintain an ODR of less than 1% to sell goods on the Amazon platform.
If FBM sellers fail to meet all three indicators, or fail to meet one of them, they may face the risk of product page review or account suspension

What is the Difference between UPC, ASIN, and FNSKU?

If you are doing PL, Wholesale or as a VA you must know about this.

1. UPC

UPC is a Universal Product Code that we purchase online for our product. It is 12 Digit Code.
If we list our product then without UPC we cannot list our product.
Always buy UPC against our Brand Name.

Some people buy it against the Company name or their own name. It's not recommended to always buy UPC against your Brand name Due to this Amazon identifies what the brand of this product is.

Where to Buy UPC?

We can buy UPC from:

✓ GS1 barcode website (Amazon Recommended)

✓ Natiowide barcode website.

2. ASIN

ASIN (Amazon Standard Identification Number)

From UPC Amazon generates an ASIN number. So ASIN links with UPC and UPC links with Brand. So due to ASIN Amazon identifies product sellers and brands.

3. FNSKU

FNSKU (Fulfilment Network Stock Keeping Unit)

When we create a shipping plan. Then Amazon generates different FNSKU for our all products and for each box. We sent these FNSKU to our supplier to attach to our products.

These FNSKU links with ASIN, ASIN links with UPC, and UPC linked with our Brand.
During FBA wholesale in one list, different Sellers send their products. So the product is the same and the sellers are different.
So amazon assigns different FNSKU for all products.
If any buyer order then Amazon identify whose seller ordered this.

"So due to this FNSKU Amazon identifies what is the brand and who is the Seller of this product."

What is an ITIN?

A foreign national who is a student, professor, or researcher in the United States and is filing a U.S. tax return, but does not qualify to receive a SSN.
A dependent or spouse of a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident.
A dependent or spouse of a foreign national on a temporary visa.
ITINs let people without SSNs pay taxes.
ITIN holders are not eligible for all of the tax benefits and public benefits that U.S. citizens and other taxpayers can receive.
What other purposes can an ITIN serve?
Opening an interest-bearing bank account. Individuals who do not have a SSN but do have an ITIN may be able to open interest-bearing accounts.
Securing a driver’s license. Some states have allowed the ITIN to be used instead of a SSN in order to receive a driver’s license, driver’s permit, or state identification card.
Providing proof of residency. At some point in the future, an immigrant may need to prove how long he or she has been in the United States and having a tax return filed using an ITIN is one way to show that.
