Chah. Craft. Connect. — The WE-LED 3.0 Learning Path in Nushki & Quetta
Under the WE-LED 3.0 initiative, supported by the World Food Programme (WFP) and implemented by Mera Maan, 2,500 women are stepping into entrepreneurship through a uniquely structured, three-part learning journey:
Chah (Desire & Drive) – Igniting the will to grow. This phase builds motivation, clarity, and entrepreneurial passion, laying the foundation for change.
Craft (Skill Building) – Making women market-ready with hands-on training in embroidery, stitching, gota work, jewelry, beauty, health testing, poultry, livestock, cooking, and more.
Connect (Linkages) – Enabling success through backward and forward linkages for sourcing, competitive production, and market access.
✨ This is not just training—it’s transformation. Tailored, practical, and purpose-driven, the program turns learning into action and vision into enterprise.
