A two-day workshop on "Reinvent Yourself" with the managers of Service Global Footwear concluded today at the Muridke Plant. Hearing a participant describe it as their best-ever training experience reinforces my belief in the work I do and leaves me deeply humbled.

About 11 years ago, I remember traveling to Karachi by bus to attend Learn Fest and listen to Kamran Z. Rizvi and other inspiring speakers.

Looking back, I'm grateful that, even in tough times, I chose to invest in my learning.

This past month, I've made four consecutive weekly trips via the motorway:

- Jhang – Three weeks ago
- Lahore & Multan – The week before last
- Lahore – Last week
- Muridke – This week

Traveling takes up a significant part of my time, and here's how I use that time:

1. Listening to Audiobooks: My favorite way to spend time while traveling is by listening to audiobooks. Sometimes I actively listen, and other times they play in the background. I've seen the benefits of this habit.

2. Reflection: Traveling gives me ample time to reflect on life. When I see people in challenging situations, it reminds me of how privileged I am. It often makes me wonder where I would be if I hadn’t been blessed with opportunities or met the mentors who guided me. I often have flashbacks of my early days.

3. Connecting with People: I also use this time to connect with others and respond to their messages—like I’m doing right now with this message :).

A two day workshop on "Reinvent Yourself" comes to an end with the ambassadors of Servis Global Footwear Limited at Muridke. Allah has been so kind.
For me, an ideal workshop is one where participants leave feeling driven, engaged, and ready to take on new challenges. It's all about interactive learning, relevant content, and practical tools. Happily concluded one such workshop today. The energy was amazing, and it was a truly impactful experience! Alhamdulillah

Congratulations Pakistan!

Today, millions are celebrating Arshad Nadeem, and rightfully so—he has made the nation proud. But while the world now recognizes him as a hero, what truly matters to Arshad are the people who stood by him when no one else did. Those who supported him in his journey long before the fame, and who would have been there for him even if he hadn’t achieved the success he has today. These are the people who will always hold a special place in his heart.

But let's not forget that there are many potential "Arshad Nadeems" around us—individuals who are still waiting for that encouragement and support to reach their own greatness. Let's make sure we recognize and uplift them on their journey, too.

Delighted to conduct a two day workshop on my most favourite and signature workshop, The Nitty Gritty of Public Speaking. I'm always very mindful of not over committing, but this is one workshop where I claim to bring transformation in two days and Allah is so kind, I see it happening every time. Investing in training is a courageous decision, particularly for a relatively new hospital. I commend the management of Frontier Institute of Ophthalmology - FIO Hospital for organizing an effective communication skills workshop for their people.

We covered essential topics such as handling difficult scenarios, effective patient interaction under pressure, and mood regulation. Through group discussions and role plays, we ensured participants could apply what they learned in their work environment.

Alhamdulillah, I feel blessed that the management found the session beneficial for their staff.

The people of Peshawar continue to impress me with their respect and hospitality.
