Saudi minister of Hajj has announced that the additional SR 2000 fee will now be charged only to those pax who will come for the second umrah in the same season 1438 AH. It will not be charged to those who arrived in the last 3 years.
However, we have to wait until it is updated on the system which may take a day or two.

5. Any un-used portion of package services will be Non-refundable.
