Iman and Nadir II

I'm okay, Alhamdulillah.

I need to say this to everyone who ever prayed for me, everyone who donated to me. I kinda never visited, never read anything on this page a while back because it usually only makes me sad to read what I put everyone through. I only visited this page again after seeing the little notification that someone had commented on something. Nothing makes me feel more important than hearing all the people tell me that I was important to them.

I'd like to say that I still haven't recovered 'fully' from the accident that happened, I walk all weird and my brain is a little damaged too, that's why I haven't really worked on getting the company back up yet... that still seems like a while away.
Supposed to stay away from working and stressing myself out which had led to frequent seizure attacks. Doctor's orders. lol

It's been 3 something years, but takes a good long time to recover from the accident I went through. If ever.

Once again, thank you everyone.
I've made it, i'll continue to get better too InshaAllah

Nadir

Nadir has been cleared from Shifa and is now being moved to PAF. He isn't fully capable of speaking yet but is steadily improving. It will take him time to fully comprehend and understand what exactly has happened.
For now, he won't be needing any more surgeries but his recovery process will be lengthy and difficult.
As far as funds are concerned, we are covered and have more than enough to support him in the months to come.

I'd like to thank everyone for their support and their concern and most importantly, donations.

As far as the company is concerned, it's hard to say when Nadir will be able to return to the field. It's hard to promise anyone when and if they can book us. So I apologize in advance for all the maybes you'll be hearing from me.
Not only is Nadir an integral part of this company, but this is our baby. And replacing him even temporarily is out of the question.
But as always, queries regarding bookings are welcome and I am still going to try by best to keep the company up and running until my partner is back.

Due to Nadirs accident and current state, we are not taking any bookings at the moment. Work will most definitely resume in the future once Nadir's position is more stable but for now, the company is temporarily closed.

On the 14th of April, a little over midnight, Nadir was heading home from a wedding with a couple of friends.
I was in Karachi.
That night, their car crashed. He was thrown 20 feet away from the car, face forward.
That night, I called him.
There was a different voice at the other end of the line. Someone that tried their best to tell me through bated breaths -
"He's not ok. You need to send someone. He's not ok."

It was my father that I sent for him. My father, who stood in the emergency and asked to see the boy that had come in. He asked until they pointed to the patient right in front of him.
He took a double take.
And then another.
and then another.
It was his hair that gave it away.
Nothing else was him.

The next 30 hours were hell.
How he made it out, no one knows.
But I do. I know.
The thing about Nadir is, he's a fighter.
He fights.
He's still fighting. Through a smashed skull and face, fractured legs and fractured arm and more blood loss than the human body can take.

We started this page three odd years ago because we were stupid enough to think we could follow our dreams.
Well, I wasn't. But he was. He always was. And he always will be. And that got me bad. Because I decided to do the same as long as it was with my best friend.

After 8 years of friendship, I've come to realize that Nadir is a terribly special person. Not just to me but to the world. Most of which only I have seen and heard through the conversations we've had but more importantly, in his eyes.
And the way they light up when he talks about the things he wants to do in life.
And I just can't fathom the thought of not being able to watch those dreams amount to something.
Him, amount to something.
Because he is so much more than the world will ever know.

But I do. I know.
I know Nadir.

Pray my friend wakes up.
Please.

We'll be here on the 2nd and 3rd of April! If it was anything like last year this is going to be amazing.

If anyone knows how to get our good side, it's Iman and Nadir. Make sure you're looking super pyaara because these guys will be all over Lahore Music Meet 2016 making sure everything is covered!
