New dropshipping violation in which Amazon demands invoice as well but there is nothing to worry about as it is not as serious. It can be resolved in just one call with Account health team but all you need in this scenario is to prepare yourself for all the queries that account health specialist will ask.
Before calling them make sure you are done with all of your homework, as it is understood that in Plan of Action, Amazon demand 3 steps, so you have to be prepared for these 3 steps.
Be confident during call and tell them every required step you have taken and you will take after addressing root cause of the issue.
Never tell them that you haven't violated any dropshipping policy, accept your mistake and tell them the strategy you will implement.
As it is mentioned in notification that you have to provide invoice, so it all depends upon how you tackle them. If you failed to tackle them then you have to provide invoice and it will put you in a problem.
So as per our experience, I will recommend to do your homework before calling them otherwise you might get into trouble.
