FGEHA Alert FGEHA announce four projects for allotment of apartments in Islamabad Rawalpindi and Lahore in 2019 which were to be completed in 2022 and 2023 respectively. The projects are Kashmir avenue G-13, chaklala height Rawalpindi, Skyline apartment Islamabad and life style residency Lahore. The work started and only 30 percent work executed and then work was stopped due to the reason best known by the department now the tenders of contractors were cancelled and new tenders were going to be published in near future. The remaining work will be awarded to upcoming contractors with a high payment of premium and the burden will be shifted on the allottees and cost of apartment will rise with 100 percent so the effectees will bear the loss. All the effectees are addressed to get ready for a charming project.

RDA. Alert. DG RDA again took action against housing society in chontra and chak Belli road and demolished the irregular construction and offices of the housing societies. The team with local government and police attended the operation and many sites were got cleared by the RDA team. RDA already issued notices to irregular housing scheme and 200 schemes were served with challan and also reported to FIA crime wing for action. RDA also ask the people not to invest in these schemes.

Million dollars wheel is unscripted now and not coming back it's only for 2022 . Oh let know that 2024 is good for people they know what is scam so do not involve in those activity where the scam is. Pl make awareness scheme not to enter those scheme you not know.

محترم قارئین السلام علیکم جناب۔ ہم آپ کو ہمیشہ فراڈ اور اسکیم scam سے بچانے کی کوشش کرتے ہیں اور لوگوں کو بتاتے ہیں کہ آپ فراڈیوں سے بچیں تاکہ کل کو پریشان نہ ھوں۔ آج ایک نئی تحقیقات سامنے لانا چاہتا ہوں ۔ یونیورسٹی ٹاؤن اسلام آباد نے پہلے پلاٹ کی رقم لی پھر dev charged کے نام پر لوگوں سے خاصی رقم لی اور اب لوگوں سے یوٹیلیٹیز کے نام پر لوگوں کو لوٹنا شروع کر دیا۔ لوگوں سے گزارش ہے کہ اب آپ نہ لٹیں کیوں کے dev charges میں تمام چارجز شامل تھے خدارا ہوش کے ناخن لیں اور اس فراڈ سے بچیں شکریہ

Asalam o allahkum. GROUP INSURANCE ALERT. The social media is propogating about the decision of supreme court regarding group insurance of the civil servant and pensioner. It is highly announce that no any decision about group insurance is announced by the respectable court after 2018 in the case of KPK petitioner and nothing is pending in supreme court but some petitions are pending in high courts Islamabad and Lahore for resolving the issue. The pensioners are requested to pray for solution of the case at the earliest. Thanks a lot. The social media posts are misleading and misguiding please.
