Job title: Full Time Technical Recruiter

Position Quantity: 2

Hours of Work:
1. Technical Recruiter 1: 2 PM to 10 PM US Time (11 PM to 7 AM PK Time)
2. Technical Recruiter 2: 8 AM to 4 PM US Time (5 PM to 1 AM PK Time)

Job Summary: Screens, interviews and recommends prospective employees for employment in experienced information technology positions. Works collaboratively with recruiting team to search resume databases, conduct pre-screen interviews and schedule interviews with Senior Recruiter located in the United States.

Essential Functions:
• Review job requisitions to thoroughly understand job requirements for filling information technology positions
• Search for resumes in job boards such as Monster.com, Dice.com and LinkedIn
• Conduct pre-screen interviews to ascertain candidate suitability and competence as compared to job requisition
• Call qualified candidates to schedule interviews for Senior Recruiter in the United States
• Complete daily log of sourcing and calling activity
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all information
• Attend daily meetings
• Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the manager’s discretion

Experience:
Recruitment (Technical Recruitment preferred), Customer Service

Other Information:
The ideal candidate will IT recruitment experience preferably and detailed oriented with an outgoing, winning and assertive personality. Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills are requisite. Must be able to work well in a team environment.
