The core essence is to provide opportunity to students to get experience on hand. Mark Axle provides a platform for today’s students who have almost accomplished their educational phase of lives and standing at the threshold of their career. We have planned to assist these students through this shift. The core essence of the idea is ‘providing the opportunity to students to get experience on hand’
. First step is career counseling. Experienced psychiatrists will be hired for this purpose. Career counseling will help the students to determine what they are good at. Once the students realize their career line, next important things they required are interest building and skill grooming which we offer with great inclination. In the startup years, we will provide the students with guidance sessions for the purpose of interest building and also skill polishing services. We will collaborate with different private organizations and adjust the students as internees or employees for tenure of one year. After the time period either the organization will be reluctant to offer a job or otherwise issue an experience certificate. Moreover, future goals of Mark Axle include the contracts with universities for the event organizing projects that too will be in a complete professional manner and covering each and every detail of the event ranging from marketing activities to promotions and sponsorships. Subsequently it would engage students in facilitating the organizations for Research and Development projects.
