انسان جب سیکھنا چھوڑ دیتا ہے تو اس کا زوال شروع ہو جاتا ہے، اور جب وہ دوسروں کو سیکھنے سے روکتا ہے تو وہ انسانیت کو زخمی کرتا ہے۔
فیس بک کے ساؤنڈ سسٹم گروپ مییں جہاں اسیسریز کی خرید و فروخت ہوتی ہے وہاں کچھ ممبرز کو رہنمائی بھی درکار ہوتی ہے کوئی پوچھتا ہے کہ “مکسر میں نوائز کیوں آ رہی ہے؟” کوئی جاننا چاہتا ہے کہ “کراس اوور کیسے سیٹ کریں؟” کوئی پریشان ہے کہ “ووکل کلئیر نہیں آ رہی”۔
یہ سوالات کمزوری نہیں ہوتے
یہ سوالات ترقی کی پہلی سیڑھی ہوتے ہیں۔

میں اکثر سوچتا ہوں
اگر دنیا میں ہر شاگرد سے یہ سوال پوچھا جاتا کہ “تیرا استاد کون ہے؟” تو شاید کوئی بھی استاد نہ بنتا۔ کیونکہ استاد بھی کبھی شاگرد تھا۔
ہم سب نے سیکھا کیسے؟
کیا ہم پیدائشی ساؤنڈ انجینئر تھے؟
کیا ہمیں پہلی دفعہ مائیک ہاتھ میں لیتے ہی سب کچھ آ گیا تھا؟
نہیں۔
ہم نے بھی غلطیاں کیں۔ اور اب بھی کر رہے ہیں
ہم سے بھی فیڈر غلط لگا۔
ہم نے بھی کبھی سپیکر جلا دیا۔
ہم نے بھی کبھی فیز الٹا کر دیا۔
فرق صرف یہ ہے کہ اُس وقت ہم پر کوئی ہنسنے والا نہیں تھا
یا شاید تھا بھی تو ہم نے دل پر نہیں لیا۔
ممبرز!
علم بانٹنے سے کم نہیں ہوتا، عزت دینے سے گھٹتی نہیں، اور کسی کو سکھانے سے آپ چھوٹے نہیں ہو جاتے۔ بلکہ حقیقت یہ ہے کہ جو شخص دوسروں کا مذاق اڑاتا ہے، وہ دراصل اپنی کمزوری چھپا رہا ہوتا ہے۔
میں نے زندگی میں بڑے بڑے لوگوں کو دیکھا ہے۔ اصل ماہر وہ ہوتا ہے جو پیچیدہ بات کو سادہ الفاظ میں سمجھا دے۔ جو نئے آنے والے کا ہاتھ پکڑ لے۔ جو کہے:
“آؤ بھائی، میں بتاتا ہوں۔”
مذاق اڑانا آسان ہے۔
رہنمائی کرنا مشکل ہے۔
یاد رکھیں، جس دن آپ نے کسی سوال پوچھنے والے کو شرمندہ کر دیا، اُس دن آپ نے علم کا دروازہ بند کر دیا۔ اور جب علم کے دروازے بند ہوتے ہیں تو معاشرے پیچھے چلے جاتے ہیں۔
یہ فیس بک گروپ صرف خرید و فروخت کی جگہ نہیں ہونا چاہیے۔
یہ ایک درسگاہ ہونا چاہیے۔
یہاں ہر ممبر استاد بھی ہو اور شاگرد بھی۔
اگر کوئی کم جانتا ہے تو اس کا مطلب یہ نہیں کہ وہ کم تر ہے۔
وہ صرف راستے کے آغاز پر ہے۔ اور شاید کل وہ آپ سے آگے نکل جائے۔
زندگی کا اصول بڑا سادہ ہے:
جس پر آج آپ ہنسا رہے ہیں، کل وہی آپ کو سکھا سکتا ہے۔
اس لیے اگلی بار جب کوئی نیا ممبر سوال پوچھے تو یہ نہ کہیں کہ
