Based in Singapore, CP brings over 10 years of combined experience across HR Business Partnering, Learning, Talent, and Organization Development—working locally and regionally across Asia. He currently leads people practices and capability development within Singapore’s fintech start-up ecosystem through a Singapore Government–supported organization and has held senior HR roles across the Singapore Civil Service, multinational corporations, banking & finance institutions, and high-growth technology-driven start-ups.

Kyungsoo Shin is the Founder of the Sustainable Growth Institute (SGI), South Korea, and serves as HR Metrics Human Capital Disclosure Ally representing South Korea. With nearly 30 years of experience in HR and organizational consulting, he was the first professional in South Korea to introduce Human Capital Disclosure and among the first ISO 30414–certified auditors.

He advises organizations through the InnoBiz Association and contributes to national leadership discourse as a member of South Korea’s Leadership Development Committee. Dr. Shin is the author of eight books on HR, leadership, and organizational culture, and is widely recognized for advancing the visualization of human capital—making people data board-relevant, transparent, and actionable.

He holds a BA from Keio University (Japan), an MBA in HR & Organization from Korea University, and a DBA in Organizational Psychology from Brenau University (USA).
