A meeting took place on 18 Mar 17 at 6 pm in Lahore with representatives from all pharma industry stake holders. The meeting went on for 4 hours

The following decisions took place after conclusive suggestions and votes
1. Take aggressive hard legal and court action against 2017 act amendments across Punjab.
2. Nation Wide strike on 28 March
unless / till ordinance or written document from Government to retract law and protect all stake holders from prosecution is presented in next meeting.
The strike will be long term and sustained, all stakeholders are to prepare for it.
3. No participation from JAC in any further Government meetings till written order of non application of Drug Act 2017 is given from Government.
4. Strike will not be called off till presented draft is accepted as complete package on all points. No part accepted piece of draft will be accepted.
5. Immediate preparations of massive strike should start. No store, pharmacy, whole Whole-seller, Pharmaceutical , distribution etc. will open on day strike. Offer patients to stack up medicines to prepare for strike and non availability of drugs.
6. First press conference on 20th March.
7. Nationwide final press conferences will take place on 27 march.
7. All stake holders will put at-least 2 banners in from of there business place. Please send donations to your representatives to make shutdown successful
