Sunny Ali on book reading.

“I never read books. Last time I bought this book of Tim Ferris "4 hour week" when many people told me that what I say has been said in this book also. It is now almost 2 years I am trying to finish this book. I wish I was a book reader, I may not have wasted 20 years of life.

But at the same time, I also notice, book lovers usually end up becoming philosophers, they talk beautiful high intellect impressive stuff, you will love to hear them but ask them how much you have in your bank account? Usually it is 0. These people end up having too many mentors, too many strategies and end up with analysis paralysis and become good for nothing. They think Robert Kiyosaki is right and they also think, Tim Ferris is also right and they also think Sunny Ali is right too. They just don't know who to follow. Either you are hindu or you are musalman, don't try to be both, it don't work. You always need to stick to one mentor, one strategy.

So for me not being a book reader hurt me and took 20 years of my own struggle but at the same time I ended up coming up with my own strategies but if you start listening to all top mentors, you will always find similarities because no matter who you are, what race you are, what country you are from, 20 years of experience, 40 years of age and international business experience usually tend to end with similar wisdom, similar results, similar strategies. It's just that myself being a poor Pakistani at start would understand deeper about Pakistani nation than others and these mentors won't have my 40:20 theory which is about baba+bacha strategy to build a successful online business. For them, there is no baba since they are from those countries and our baba is not a baba at their end. Strategies like building micro agencies between 1 fine liner + 1 bottom liner is not something they may talk about since these are the strategies I built from my experience dealing with Pakistani nation who is struggling for kitchen income and I can see the kind of population and bachay we have in Pakistan so it may not be similar to what Garry Vee may talk about or Robert Kiyosaki may talk about.

But on the other hand if you see my videos on Ghanta theory, these would be something you will find almost every mentor talking about because this is something every entrepreneur/business owners will realize anyway after working hard for 20 years in their lives and almost everyone will come to these conclusions in life on better way of optimizing and growth of business and in fact economics or MBA books may have english terms called "Money leverage", "Time leverage" so these are something common and must be taught by every mentor. I just learned this one hard way, I wish I have had an MBA degree or a mentor so I could have learnt this one earlier.”

Amazing article size answer to “Biden becomes President at 77 why Sunny Ali discourages people above 40 to become workhorse”

This is wrong example, wrong comparison and has got nothing to do with my examples.

1. He was senator in 1970s at the age of 30+. That means, he was bound to become President one day. He was in the game to win the game.

2. If you are a chaudhry of your village, you are bound to become MPA one day. If you are MPA, you are bound to become MNA one day. If you are MNA, you are bound to become PM one day. You gotta be in at some point of life before you have a chance to see the peak of your journey.

3. What is my chance of becoming Prime Minister of Pakistan one day? Now let's try to work it out. I am 43 now. I have never been in politics, never been MPA, MNA, Minister or anything. But I am a philanthropist, celebrity, A mentor, able to command the masses. Do I have a chance of becoming MNA? Or a Minister if I jump in? If I become MNA or Minister, do I have a chance of attaining peak one day? yes or no? If today I jump in, may be I become PM one day 15 or 20 years later? I gotta be in the race to win the race.

4. Now, let's understand more examples. You are doing a job of Rs 100k per month as an accountant, you are 40 years old, your bank is empty. The moment you leave the job, you won't have enough savings to sustain for 2 months. Now tell me what is the chance of this guy becoming prime minister one day? Yes, exceptions are there but let's talk about statistical numbers. Tell me what is the chance of this guy becoming a millionaire one day? Answer is very simple "You gotta be in to win". You gotta be a chudhary of your village to be an MPA one day. You gotta be a teacher of school to become principal one day. You gotta be a doctor to become a surgeon one day. You gotta be an entrepreneur today to become a millionaire tomorrow. You gotta be a millionaire today to become a billionaire tomorrow. Every path, every process, every game has an entry point and a peak. If you don't start the journey how can you expect winning the peak?

5. There is peak of maturity and there is peak of career. peak of maturity is achieved between age 35-40 and peak of career is achieved in different stages of life depending on the game you playing. If you join Microsoft today, you may be CEO of Microsoft at the age of 50. If you enter politics today, you may be PM of the country at the age of 60. Our physical capacity and maturity peak is 35-40 and this is the time we all go through midlife crisis too while we realize we have spent more than half of our potential life already. Our body starts declining onwards but experience start inclining. Our working capacity starts shrinking but our advisory capacity start increasing. Our organs start declining but our wisdom start inclining. We are usually at the peak of our experience and performance. We are at peak of our earning potential and we can progress easily in our career in more senior roles, management roles, advisory roles. But what about a guy 40 years old still doing data entry or thinking about becoming an Amazon VA? What about his peak? So what was he doing for past 20 years that today he is thinking to become Amazon VA so he can earn $500 a month? Where is he standing? Is this the peak he just achieved? $500 a month? And what about guy earning 300k a month or 500k a month on a great managerial position but they end up spending 10-12 hours a day. Shall we motivate them to become Amazon VA too? Or they should follow my strategies such as partnering up with a young ghora and target something better than kitchen income because now they are heading towards decline in terms of physical capacity but incline in mental capacity.

6. Bidden was in this niche in right age and now he is at peak. Are you in your niche in right age so you also can see the peak later? May be 10, 20, 30, 40 or 50 years later? Are you an entrepreneur today so you can be a millionaire tomorrow? Or you were entrepreneur at the age of 22 and a millionaire today at the age of 40? Or you want to be an entrepreneur today at the age of 40 so you can be a millionaire at 55-60? This is where the problem is. Our family men at the age of 40 with tons of liabilities with empty bank account is in a difficult position right now vs a young unmarried ghora with enough working hours and no liability. I don't say they can't do anything. it's just that the strategy need to be different for them.

7. It is a useless example to pick someone at a peak and compare to someone who is not even "in the game yet". Bad example. However even if I accept this as an example then again it is wrong at many points. Pakistani men at the age of 40 vs American men at the age of 40. God, there is a huge huge difference. How could you even compare these 2 races from 2 different qabeelas with 2 different food, lifestyle and fitness level when we know their mean age and our mean age has huge difference. Our baba usually last 60+ on average and their baba go all the way till 80. How can we pick example of their baba of 77? Our baba won't be available till then. Yes, exceptions are always there.

8. Even if I have to give such example then I will be just a motivational speaker only who say "Age is just a number" Only motivational speakers use this example. The reality of life is so different from these examples. A Pakistani man 40 years of age with 4 kids with Rs 100k per month income with barely Rs 5 lac in bank account and I tell him, brother don't worry your future is bright, quit your job, let's do Amazon. How horrible, if I start motivating wrong people in my capacity as a highly influential person. People already calling me "Baba Sunny Ali" and cult of Sunny Ali and already waiting for my Taweez services coming soon, housewives already so scared of me due to my influence on their husbands watching my naseeb videos and they are worried if the husband bring a behan for them. God, this nation is so easy for someone like me to flip around. Abuse them and make millions and millions of dollars if I want. God, 4500 BC applications? This is crazy already. It is $4.5 Million in front of me right now if I dare to take it. All I need is "Motivate wrong people, Full stop". I will become filthy rich by motivating wrong people. I have plenty of exceptions in my students who prove me wrong. I am proud of them for proving me wrong but these are barely 10%, not remaining 90% who can not prove me wrong. I don't want to motivate all the fish in pound telling them, yes, yes, yes, you can climb the tree. C'mon, C'mon, Go banana, go banana.

9. Amiji applying for Bootcamp. Dada abus applying for Bootcamp. Uncle and Auntian applying for bootcamp. God. What is this? Shall I approve all of them? Just because "Age is just a number" What a bu****it.
