Job Description:
Review ledger entries, ensure compliance, and control the chart of accounts.
Manage monthly closings, trial balance reviews, and journal vouchers.
Develop and implement accounting policies for accuracy, timeliness, and deadlines.
Review balance sheets and journal vouchers for expenses, prepayments, and provisions.
Maintain the accounting system, assist staff, and generate reports.
Prepare monthly management accounts and report packs.
Develop cost sheets, pricing, and recommendations.
Create and present annual budgets, aligning with organizational goals.
Prepare annual financial statements
Manage cashflow, factoring, and discounting in collaboration with banks.
Assist with bank queries and information requests.

1. Hardware / Software:
 Generate regular Backups of User Data from Server, HMS‐ERP as well as Time Attendance
Machine Systems.
 Installs, configures and tests operating systems, application software, and other productivity
tools
 Install and maintain the performance of Servers
 Assists in the coordination of various teams testing and evaluating for the development of
design and its implementation of the best output
 Plans and implements system automation as required for better efficiency
 Secures I.T. systems by developing system access, monitoring, control and evaluation;
establishing and testing disaster recovery policies and procedures; completing back‐ups; and

Job Title: Human Resources Analyst - System & Reporting

Role and Responsibilities:

Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the HCM and payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, competitors practices, and other sources.

Identify Charitable Trusts and motivate them to provide financial support to Karwan.

ZAKAT COLLECTION

Develop and implement a comprehensive and effective Zakat Collection campaign every year - particularly during Ramadan - to ensure that the planned yearly targets of Zakat collection are achieved.

INSTITUTIONAL / PROJECT FUNDING

Target various Multinational and National companies / Charitable Institutions having strong Community Development Programs and proactively reach out to them for financing Project Proposals prepared in conformity with KeH Strategic Development Plan.

Must have managed fundraising, Grant Management (Local/International) & Donor Relations.
