AIRC is offering pre-clinical pharmacological tests for DERMATITIS. Among those, Chloroquine induced Pruritis in mice is a histamine independent method of itchy skin. This model is useful for the identification of compounds possessing anti-pruritic activity. NMDA antagonists are usually analyzed in this model. The length of the study can be adjusted as per client's requirements.
