JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for Recruitment of right candidate for right position at right time.
Responsible for payroll, attendance sheet, annual leave record, overtime payment, executive allowance, pay slip etc.
Responsible for the issuance of all kinds of Letters, Memos, circular, broadcasting of notifications and any other information.
Must be responsible for registration of firm in other government organizations and take strong follow ups.
Maintain and update Leave records of all employees.
Maintain record of receive and dispatch couriers.
Compile and update employee records as well as handover/takeover of employees and recruitment records.
Handling of Employees Queries.
Ensure adoption and compliance to HR Policies.
Arranging training for employees and directors meeting within and outside of firm.

JOB SPECIFICATION

Qualification: BBA/ MBA/ B.COM.
Experience: Fresh or relevant experience is plus.
Problem-Solving Skills.
Energetic and Creative Individual.
Must be competent in MS Office.
Must have excellent Communication Skills.
Area preference: North Karachi, F.B area, New Karachi, Orangi town, North nazimabad,Nazimabad

Expected Start Date: 10/10/2021

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: Rs18,000.00 - Rs22,000.00 per month
