CHASE UP University The retail is second largest employer after agriculture. However, unfortunately there are no educational programs to teach retail in detail.

The retail is an emerging industry and the sector has a share of 16% in total job market. However, unfortunately no educational programs have been introduced by the govt. As a result, the youth have not been able to identify this sector as their career. Sensing this vacuum, Chase Up aspires to set up an institute; Chase Up University. After extensive research, initially the L&D has come up with nu

merous retail specialized programs. As trainers of retail are not easily available, CU organized a Master Trainers’ program so that capable people could be trained to become professional trainers. In order to enhance education in retail sector across Pakistan, CU is working with SDC, SYMPDC, UoK, UNDYP, ACCA and other platforms to raise awareness on retail studies. CU has plans to collaborate with academia, to launch courses in retail management, SCM, leadership development, warehouse mgmt, and other courses soon. This will prove a milestone towards the establishment of Chase Up University.
