Here's a simple and delicious Chicken Chilli recipe:
Ingredients:
1. *Chicken breast or thighs*: 500g, boneless, cut into bite-sized pieces
2. *Onions*: 2 medium, chopped
3. *Green chilies*: 2-3, chopped
4. *Garlic*: 3-4 cloves, minced
5. *Ginger*: 1 inch, minced
6. *Soy sauce*: 2 tbsp
7. *Chili sauce*: 1-2 tbsp (adjust to taste)
8. *Tomato ketchup*: 1 tbsp
9. *Olive oil*: 2 tbsp
10. *Salt and pepper*: To taste
11. *Spring onions*: For garnish
12. *Capsicum (bell pepper)*: 1, chopped (optional)
Instructions:
1. *Marinate chicken*: Mix chicken pieces with 1 tbsp soy sauce, a pinch of salt, and pepper. Keep aside for 15-20 minutes.
2. *Heat oil*: In a pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
3. *Sauté aromatics*: Add chopped onions, minced garlic, and ginger. Cook till onions turn translucent.
